Exercise Physiology involves treatment provided by a university qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist*. They specialise in the delivery of exercise, lifestyle and behavioural modification programs for the prevention and management of injuries and chronic disease.

Our Exercise Physiologists comprehensively assess patients to develop and monitor safe and effective exercise rehabilitation programs to achieve patient goals.

Our Exercise Physiologists are highly experienced in providing strength and conditioning programs for those new to resistance exercise through to athletes wishing to carry out strength training for performance enhancement. They are particularly skilled at exercise prescription for those with musculoskeletal injuries.

Our Exercise Physiologists also specialise in running assessment, running performance improvement and running injury management. This is perfect for all runners from beginners to the everyday runner, right up to elite athletes and triathletes. We work side by side with our clients, providing a running gait analysis, advice and exercises to not only improve running style but to help runners achieve optimal performance and minimise injury.
