After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra—where he was recognised for early clinical excellence by placing in the top 5 for overall performance on his clinical placements—Adam established a passion for helping people manage a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He has since developed a focused expertise in several complex and challenging areas:
  • Headache Management: Utilising his Watson Level 1 Training for the diagnosis and effective treatment of cervicogenic headaches.
  • Jaw Pain: A special interest in the complex management of Temporomandibular Joint (TMD) and associated jaw pain.
  • Spinal Care: Highly experienced in managing the full spectrum of acute and chronic low back pain, as well as other general spinal conditions.
  • ACL & Sporting Rehabilitation: Passionate about guiding athletes back to high-level performance, with a focus on complex ACL injuries and general knee pain.
Adam gained valuable pitch-side experience, notably serving as one of the main physiotherapists for Belconnen United Soccer Club. He has also worked as a Sports Trainer for numerous other Canberra clubs, including Canberra Olympic FC, and the Gungahlin Jets AFL club.
Adam is a firm believer in patient-centred care and takes an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation. He uses a combination of targeted manual therapy and individualized exercise prescription, striving to ensure every client understands their injury and feels empowered to take control of their recovery journey.
In his time away from the clinic, Adam enjoys weight training, playing social soccer, and listening to and playing music.
