Alex graduated from the University of Canberra with First Class Honours and has a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She delivers high-quality, evidence-based care and works collaboratively with her clients to develop clear, goal-oriented rehabilitation plans that promote long-term resilience and performance.
She has a particular interest in sports-specific rehabilitation and injury prevention. With a background in AFL and rugby union, along with experience in sideline coverage across multiple codes, Alex understands the demands of sport and injury rehabilitation. She is passionate about supporting her clients to return confidently to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys attending live music, playing guitar and piano, and collecting vinyl records.
