Special Interests: Clinical Pilates, Sports Injuries & Therapeutic Exercise
Louise joined the team at Capital Clinic Physiotherapy in 2013. She graduated with distinction in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2007 and since then has been working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in both private and public sectors.
Louise worked in Sydney in a large multidisciplinary sports practice for over six years. There she was the principal physiotherapist for a first division rugby union club and principal physiotherapist for a netball association.
Louise has recently returned from living in the UK where she was teaching Pilates and providing physiotherapy for students and staff of Oxford University’s Business School. Louise has experience instructing both mat and equipment Pilates classes, and is currently taking mat classes at Capital Clinic Physiotherapy and is also available for one-on-one Pilates sessions.
Louise is committed to ongoing professional development and as a result, she is confident in using a variety of techniques including manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise and Pilates to assist in achieving excellent results for her clients.
