Natalie completed her studies at La Trobe University in Melbourne, acquiring both a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice.
She then moved to Sydney to work in private practice and further develop her skills. Here she became involved with Nitro Circus – an action sports stunt show. With this came the opportunity to travel overseas and work as the physiotherapist for some amazing athletes.
She has a strong passion for sports physiotherapy, and for the last few years she balanced full time work with a second masters degree to pursue this dream. She will graduate this year with a Masters of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy – Sports, from the University of South Australia.
Natalie is a qualified Pilates instructor having undertaken the full APP1 accreditation training for matwork and reformer Pilates. She has also completed her certificate in myofascial techniques and dry needling, and prides herself in her use of manual therapy for pain relief.
Natalie is an avid Touch Football player and is currently in the Australian 27s squad. She also plays AFL and enjoys running, cycling, swimming and going to the gym. With this sporting participation she has gained experience in a variety of training programs and injury prevention and management.
Natalie believes in providing the best, evidence based care for every client. She strives to help each and every individual to reach their full potential.
